As an associate of CAPP, I have worked with both Lloyds Banking Group and the NHS Trust.
Helping to develop the participants on a 2 years leadership development programme in the UK, I facilitated a number of Engaging Hearts and Minds workshop which helps the participants increase their self awareness, develop their emotional intelligence and use this insight when influencing others.
The NHS Trust in Nottingham is taking their leaders through a 2 year Enabling Change programme aligned to the vision and strategy set by the trust. The programme consists of 6 modules, focusing on elements from Leading Self and Leading Compassionately to Leading through complexity.
Working in partnership with On Track Learning Ltd, we are leading the development of the managers at Air Navigation Solutions (ANS).
ANS are responsible for the air traffic control at both Edinburgh and Gatwick airports and are investing in developing their managers across both sights. They are experiencing significant growth and we are developing their managers to help fuel that growth.
We are designing, managing and facilitating a 12 module programme which highlights their their ‘Strengths’ and develops these alongside the skills and knowledge to manage teams in a highly regulated industry
